• Must be at least 18 to register; if booking on behalf of an organization, you must have legal authority.
3. Booking Process & Payments
• Booking confirmed only after payment is processed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation up to 24 hours before slot: 100% refund; 8–24 hours: 50% refund.
5. Rescheduling
• Users may reschedule up to 24 hrs before the slot without penalty.
6. Venue Access & Conduct
• Arrive 15 minutes before slot.
7. User Content & Intellectual Property
• Any photos, reviews or feedback you submit may be used by onspotapp.com.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
• The App offers services 'as is'.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless onspotapp.com.
10. Termination
The App may suspend or terminate your access without notice.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
